How To Create A Team Room

DayViewer Team Rooms are collaborative version of DayViewer where team members can work and schedule around a team calendar planner system to stay synchronised.

Click the "+Team Room" button to be directed to the Team Room creation page

Team Room creation form may be opened by clicking on "+Team Room" button in your side menu or dashboard, or in the header avatar and in the menu it will show "Create A Team" option. 

Fill out the form, and add a payment method (no payment will be taken until the trial has elapsed, and the team room has not been closed). Regarding payment, only the team owner should add payment details and only the team owner is charged according to the pricing as laid out here: Plans & Pricing

More than one Team Room may be created within any DayViewer account, for example if your business has different departments, or different branches, simply create a room for each entity as required.

Also note that it is possible for any user to be a member of another Team Room, as well as to be the owner of one or more Team Rooms, therefore all team names associated will be listed in your Team Room list.
