Email Address
A functional and accurate email address is required so updates and information can be sent, in case we need to get in touch regarding your account or other system updates.
Your email address will also be needed for signing in.
Changing Email Address
You will need to get in touch with our support in order to have one of our agents approve and implement the change. This is carried out within 24 hours, but is usually much faster.
Password
A strong password is required and should contain a minimum of 8 characters and at least one number.
Changing Password
This can be done from within your Profile settings area as often as required.
Forgotten Password
